Wilson's instrumentation is capable of detecting ppm levels of petroleum and its conjugated aromatic compounds in water. Measurements can be taken in a nearby lab using the LabBox or samples can be studied using the Open Platform System (OPS) that allows for various configurations. Testing man be conducted on waterways downstream of oil fields, tailings ponds, various oil field spill sites, etc.
