As an organization committed to the delivery of high quality products and services, Wilson Analytical will accept the return of our products for a full refund if they are not up to standard.

To be eligible for a refund, an item should be returned within 30 days of receipt in the same condition that it was received.
The item to be returned should be securely packaged including a copy of the invoice and receipt and shipped to:

Wilson Analytical encourages customers to inspect their order upon receipt and contact info@wilsonanalytical.com immediately if the product is defective or damaged so the Wilson Analytical management team can evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.
Products damaged due to willful abuse, customer negligence or water damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Wilson Analytical will notify the customer whether the refund is approved or not once we have received and inspected the returned item. If approved, the refund will be credited back on the original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to be processed.
